In the United States, services are provided by Clozion LLC, and in India, services are provided by Clozfluent Technology and Services Private Limited. Both entities operate under the common brand name CLOZION.

Shipping

• CLOZION provides digital services only.
• No physical goods are shipped, and therefore no shipping or delivery charges apply.
• All services are delivered electronically, as per the agreed project scope and timelines.

Exchange

• As CLOZION provides customized digital solutions, no exchanges are applicable once the service or digital deliverable has been initiated or delivered.
• Any concerns with the delivered service should be raised through our support channels for resolution.
