Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed with CLOZION, whether through our platforms in the United States or India.

In the United States, services are provided by Clozion LLC, and in India, services are provided by Clozfluent Technology and Services Private Limited. For ease of communication, both entities operate under the common brand name CLOZION.

Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their order within 1 calendar day (24 hours) of placing it.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@clozion.com with your order details.
• Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Refund Process

• Once your cancellation is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 7 to 21 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Any applicable transaction or service charges (such as non-refundable payment gateway or banking fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Cancellation request made after 24 hours of order placement.
• Services or digital products that have already been delivered, accessed, or partially used.
• Customized solutions or special-order items once work has commenced.

International Transactions

• Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on international banking networks.
• Currency conversion rates and any applicable bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
